And Even More

Just the last two that I have been working on. It has been slightly consuming...other than school and traveling to softball, it's all about the wedding!
Made the canvas and cut out the letters, showed him and he didn't like it.

He suggested new words I fell in love with them.

More Decorations

Started our guest book with staining 4 boards that I got cut at Home Depot.

Then took it out to my friends place to have it screwed together

Then started practicing the designs I was going to add to it.

Final product will not be seen till the wedding....

Lovely Ladies

These ladies have taught me so much and I hope that I can only be as good of a wife as they are and were to their hubbies.

West Side Shower

I feel so blessed to be surrounded by all these ladies and that they took time out to celebrate me.  This shower was at my parents house and hosted by Gerri Anne, Kalei, and my mom.
Had to get pretty at my old place.

Our First Meeting

This past weekend we revisited the place where we first saw each other and watched a play with our Mothers for Mothers Day.
Tim and I both were at Orientation at a Kent area high school, although we didn't know who each other was until later that day when we were formally introduced.
The following day we at lunch together on a bench outside of the classrooms with all the other new people from our school and other friends I knew.

Church -check

This weekend we finished our last part of making sure we can get married in our church. About 2 weeks ago we both took a test independently with about 150 questions. It asked if we agreed, disagreed, or were undecided about the statement.
Before we started we went in and prayed and then went out to take the test.

I  whipped through it and Tim took a bit longer.

Then we came back and went over the questions. We did really well and only missed a few questions. It was very draining and by the end of the two hours I was spent. Thankfully when we were done, we took a walk and had some lunch.

And in a week we will be walking over that bridge as we finish Bloomsday.

Eastside Shower

This past weekend a wonderful group of women gathered to shower me with their love and good wishes for my wedding. It was a brunch shower, because breakfast is one of my favorite meals.  I started the morning getting ready and practicing my smile with my selfie stick.

My God-Mother and God-sister made me a lei to wear.

Stephanie was the wonderful girl who started my bouquet to walk down the aisle with during the rehearsal.

While everyone worked on their game, I took a shot with my selfie stick.  I need to use it more often.
