Weekend Lovin

I loved this weekend's walk/run on the Foothills Trail and the special treat during it.

This morning, I woke up with what felt like a huge hangover, but I only had one beer last night...

Birthday Boy!

Today he turns 1!


..or at least today is his birthday party!!! The whole family is gathering for this family function at my cousin's house today. They are even getting a port-a-potty.
Last night we all met up at Snoqualmi Casino and went dancing. Thanks for inviting us Candice and Brian for all of us. We had a great time dancing and drinking and catching up with everyone. I'm so glad that my cousins are soo cool and I love hanging out with them.

Horse Riding

The rest of the family came in on Thursday and we had family dinner up at the parents house. After dinner, we had some raucous riding going on. When I was little, my grandpa built me a rocking horse and I'm sure I rode it all the time. And now my niece and nephew are enjoying it. It so fun to see them riding.

All For a Girl!

He was on his first date with his aunty and he hadn't even made it inside her house yet, when he saw a cute girl and went right after her with a ball in his hand. Sad thing was that his feet tripped him up and down he went right onto the concrete! Tears rolled down his face and wailing came out of his mouth...not such a great way to start the day, but it did turn around just a wee bit later when he regained his composer and began feeding her his cheerios. Such a flirt!

- he turned out to be okay, thank goodness!
