1. What do you think makes a good dad?

A good dad is someone who puts his kids first, shows his kids through examples how to act and be productive citizens treats their mother as the queen she is.  Others are envious of the ways he interacts with his kids and how adoringly they look up to him.

2.  What's something you learned from your own father?

I learned from my father how to treat others and how to drive through parking lots.

3. It's your birthday-what kind of cake will we be having?

Ice cream cake! I don't really like cake, so I would rather have an ice cream cake or even better ice cream and cookies.  For the past 2-3 years, I've had homemade ice cream sandwiches with homemade cookies.  They were the yummiest and fit me perfectly.

4. When you're faced with a big decision are you more of a go with your gut type of person, or are you someone who reasons it all out, weighing the pros and cons?

Big decisions are something that I reason out.  I have to weigh the pros and cons and make lists that I go over multiple times.  I research and also think about it for way too long.  Then in the end I tend to go with my gut reaction.

5. June is National Dairy Month. What's your favorite dairy item? Most often purchased dairy item?
  
OOOOOh Dairy!! I love it all.  Ice cream, milk, cheese!!! I buy a gallon of milk about every 2 weeks for 1 person!  I also buy cheese often.  I try not to buy ice cream as I don't NEED it, I typically just want it!  Oh and I eat yogurt on a daily basis.

6. Explorer Jacques Cousteau was born on June 11, 1910....what's something you've recently discovered or something you'd like to explore?

I recently discovered a whole bunch about the Revolutionary War and the events that lead up to it.  My 5th grade students learn all about it and then have to decide if they lived back then, would they be a Patriot or Loyalist.  Many of them would be Patriots.  I think that I would have been a closet Loyalist, meaning I would have been a Loyalist, but pretended to be a Patriot.
This summer I want to explore roads I haven't been on before.

7. Are you typical of your generation?

I'm not typical for my generation. I don't have a smartphone, ipad, nook, kindle, cable tv, or any gaming box.  I am on facebook and have a blog, but not on twitter or instagram  account.  I don't have kids, my own home, but own a car and rent an apartment.

Thank goodness the year is all most over. I'm soo super tired and ready for bed and it's only 6:21pm.  i think I'm going to bed anyway.
