WORKOUT 2015

Started this year with big aspirations!  I'm taking on a lot, but I'm sure I can do it.  After my move to Spokane, I chose to not start a gym membership and just worked out by doing walks (cardio) and in September I started doing 1/2 hour of cardio and about 15 min. of lifting in my apartment gym.  This After seeing pics of me over Christmas break, I decided to ramp it up a little more, so here is my diary of my workouts.  T25 and a butt challenge start my year off.
