Workin-it-Out

Got ready to go to the gym today and swim and bike, but sadly I cut my finger on the blender blades, so no swimming.  I  just biked instead.


30 min,
8.4 miles

Stretched and did 130 sit ups.

Yesterday, I had my kids doing some exercise.  We did a WOD throughout the day.  We did the 25 squats and 5 pushups. We made it all the way to the even-steven round and then it fell apart as the day was waring and I was waring!
