And then made these bad boys.
Cheesy Biscuits
1 mozzerella cut into 16 chunks
2 cans of jumbo biscuts
olive oil
Italian seasoning
Spread out the biscuits and put a chunk of cheese in the middle. Cover the cheese with the biscuit. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
They were super yummy and didn't need much preparation. I did use the jumbo biscuits and I don't think I cooked them long enough, so I would cook them for about 20min instead of 15, like I did last time, but they were super delicious.
