Mariners Away Opener

This past Monday, the Mariner's helped to open baseball's season.  Sadly they weren't at home.  They were down in Oakland helping them open their season.  Thank goodness, they also helped them to a 0-2 start!
The coolest part about them being away, was that they opened the stadium for an Open House.

 They wanted to show off the new big screen and the fact that the outfield wall was brought in.  You could sit anywhere you wanted.  You could walk the warning track.  You could drink on the new "Backyard". You could have $5 beers and you could even meet and take a picture with Edgar Martinez. 
We were all over the stadium, sitting in seats there would be no way we could afford and it was tons of fun.
We even got to sit in the dugout!

It made me so excited for baseball and Opening Day this Monday.
