Mariners Home Opener

Today opened another season for the Seattle Mariners at home.  They played the Astros and came away with a win.

We headed down to the game a little late and I tried a new exit that used to put you right down on the street.  Now it takes you right into the parking garage where parking was $40.  Sadly, I didn't have any cash.  But REALLY?!?!?! Would I ever pay that much for parking, hecksters No!  So we drove a bit down the road seeing $35 and $30 parking and then surprisingly I found a spot right next to Century Link and happily since it was past 6pm, then we didn't have to pay any money for parking.  Also luckily I had moved my alcohol for the coming weekend into my car, so we had a drink and then headed into the game.  We made it just in time.
Our seats were way up in the nosebleed section, yet they were still pretty good, until one gentle man had way too much to drink and puked all over the people in front of him.  Cleared 3 rows out simultaneously.  We sat up there for a bit and then headed down to see a friend, whose husband had won tickets off of the radio.  They had left, so we sat in their seats.  They were much nicer.
