HWY 101 Day 3 Addendum

As I was typing and adding pictures to the Day 3, I realized I forgot one of the places we stopped:


Sadly when we got there, the kids didn't want to get out, but it was a good thing they did, because it was pretty amazing. We first got to see them process the cheese


It looked like they were making swiss. Then we got to try a bunch of different types.


My favorite was the last one we got to try which was the garlic jalapeno something or other. It was super delicious.


I wish we would have bought a half loaf or a loaf of it, because now I'm unsure of where to get it. And as we walked out, we posed for the camera...
