Triathlon Training


My workouts are getting bigger and longer and although I thought it was going to be super hard, the shorter workouts have helped me to be prepared for the workouts this week.
This week the biking and running wasn't bad, but the swimming felt like I was swimming in quick sand. I don't know why, but it was just hard this week. I need to figure out how to make it easier, cause it sucked this week.

Monday: 19 min.swim
38 min. bike
Tuesday: 19 min. run
Wednesday: 26 min. swim
51 min. bike
Thursday: off
Friday: 32 min. swim
64 min. bike
Sat or Sun: 26 min. run
