Let the Games Begin

We had a great time yesterday playing games, eating, and laughing. A new game was introduced this weekend that was almost a year old and never played before. The game was Bunco.
A crazy dice game that had you rolling for one number but getting every number except the one you needed. Although there was no okole charades this year, we played pictionary charades. My team consisting of all singletons and no smug marrieds lost. Oh well, there is always the next holiday. We also did some tv watching of football, which is also what my day consisted of today. It doesn't look great for ranked teams this year...especially ones that are ranked #2 in the BCS. Oh well, at least Hawaii continues to win and WSU and UW don't have to worry about any rankings this year. They will just be fighting for an apple this year.
The feast consisted of the usual ham, turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry jello, sushi, lefsa, rolls and desserts that melted your mouth and made you wished you hadn't eaten too much at dinner.
There was tons of laughter and lots of fun.

At Woodlands in Bremerton the staff played Bunco twice a year to let off steam outside of the workplace. I hear it was a lot of fun but never made it to play with the gang (mostly certificated personnel). Everyone brought a pupu (au douvre-sp?)and some brought card tables and chairs. Glad you had fun!!
