I had so much fun this morning and last night capturing these things with my new lens and my new manual skills. I am still working on them, but here is some of the the results. Also there are some over at www.capturingmyworld.com. You can click on my camera over on the side bar or right on the address.
My week in Spokane was a lot of fun. Pretty relaxing and not much to do, which I loved. I was able to do some golfing, catch up with friends, spend time with my sister, and do a little shopping.
I also participated in a photography conference. It was put on by the Rocky Mountain School of Photography . They did a wonderful job of offering classes that were at all levels and subjects. I learned how to photography kids, sports, people, things that are really small, and how to do things in photoshop. Now I just need models and subjects (other than flowers).
I so didn't want to come back, but had to because making sub plans is more work. School has been going fast with a new schedule due to the WASL. Hula will start up on Thursday and then everyone will be back and life will be moving back to full tilt.
Oh how I can't wait for summer!
