Camera Whoas!

I dropped it.

Well it fell out of the bag, because I didn't latch the latch. Edited: found a way to latch my camera in so it won't fall out any more.

Fell right on my 70-300 lens.

Jammed it right up in itself.

Worked on the lens. Tried to pull it out.

It kind of works, but doesn't get anywhere close to what it used to.

Pissed me off because my photography conference starts tomorrow.

Good thing it didn't fall on the body of the camera and it was just the lens.

Edit: L-O-V-E the people at Camera West in Tukwila. They helped me out way more than I ever thought this would happen. I was able to use my extended warranty on replacing the lens. New lens works like a charm, just wondering now if I should get the whole camera checked out to make sure nothing else is wrong.
