The Internet and Qwest

So when they advertise something really low in cost, there is always some hidden cost or trick that will never let you get that price. I was online looking for a low internet cost and needing a telephone, so I can finally set up my home security system. I found Qwest and $21.99 for internet. Well it just wasn't that. The internet would be lowered, if you bought a home package (ie phone line with 3 bonus features, only costing $39, which would come out to something like $6o altogher) The internet also said that it would be $26 for first time users. So I thought I would call to work it out. The first person I talked to told me "Mam, I don't know where you are looking, but we aren't offering anything like that." The second person took me all the way through, telling me because I am a first time user, I could get a phone line at $12.50 (which is how much they charge everyone) and get the internet for $31 because the other prices I saw were for people upgrading service and were only able to be done on the internet. The other wonderful thing is that when you are a first time user, you can't even sign up over the internet, so I couldn't have gotten any of those prices anyway. But when she went to close the deal, my lovely phone, cut her off. She had to call me back and then proceeded to tell me she couldn't finish my order, but to call back in 5 min. and they would be able to do it.
I called back and the new lady said that the computer wouldn't let her get into my account until the following day.
I called back finally and got a 5 month prego lady that was loosing her mind, that kept me on the phone for 30 min. going over everything I already knew and then finally setting me up.
So in the long run, on Wednesday of next week. I will be hooked up for my computer and my alarm system...so robbers beware.
PS I also got rods for my windows, so people can't just step through them.
