Grades....shmades

So I am sitting in my classroom, supposedly working on "grades", but I just can't seem to get into it. So I thought I would write a bit. I had a nice weekend with only one wedding and a small gathering of friends at my apartment. The wedding of my brother in law's brother and my sisters best friend was fantastic, because it was the first wedding in about a year or so, that I didn't have to do really anything for. It was so nice to just be a guest. I have two more weddings in the next two weeks where I just get to be the guest as well, so I hope that I don't get spoiled.
I am still trying to make sure that I am not going to get kicked out of my apartment and I am having small gatherings to test the waters. It was a great test having my cousins over and them playing football in the yard. Nothing happened...I was told to just give up the whole "quiet ordinance thing" and live my life. We will see.
