We ended up staying in Beaver Creek Campground. It was a super cute place to stay. It is an RV park, which is different than I've stayed in before. (Usually I'm in a state campground-which usually has port-a-potties) This place had places for RVs, tents, cabins, and some tepees. It had Wifi, washers and dryers, showers, and flush toilets, a pool, and even a huge slide.
Some swimming.
There were tepees close, so we had lots of people that come by and check them out.
And play with some bunnies.
We had our first site for 2 nights, but didn't have it for the last night we needed a site. The camp owners were very accommodating and after our first night were able to find a place for us to stay for the remaining time. So we moved all of our stuff to the other site and got all set up. It was on the edge of the campground and there wasn't really anyone to watch, but there were loud adults with kids yelling, yappy dogs, cursing old men, and bugs!!!! We kept trying to be okay with it...but we were not happy about our new place and what sucked even more was that the people who were supposed to come into our old spot never showed up! So every time we went by our old spot, we saw it empty and were sad!
Before we left, we had to dry out the tarp as it was a little damp and for some reason so was our mattress!
