As I walked out of my house today, I could tell it was going to be a rough day. I hadn't gotten enough sleep over the week and I was harboring some resentment which was dragging me down. I worked out and as I was getting ready for the day, one of the ladies at the gym said something to me. I answered her in a monotone grunt or two. She stopped what she was doing and she looked at me and said, "It must be a SHIT day for you." I thought, "WOW, never heard her swear." Then she kept talking, "SHIT day is what Dawn calls Thursdays."
"How come?" I said.
"It's an acronym for So Happy It's Thursday."
I loved it and in my head all day long I chanted, "SHIT, SHIT, SHIT, SHIT, SHIT!"
