Needed a Change

so I added some WOD back into my life.

I lifted my heavier weights for arms and backs.

Then I ran a 13:40 min. mile.

Then I WODed.
25 squats 5 push ups
20 squats 10 push ups
15 squats 15 push ups
10 squats 20 push ups
5 squats 25 push ups

4:44! Yes! So much faster than this time!

Swimming tomorrow!
