BTE- Spokane 4th of July

My sis and bil are super lucky as they have wonderful neighbors and those neighbors have lake/river houses.  So for the 4th, we were invited out to Loon Lake to be with Vanessa and Zack's lake place.  It was a great time, but we had to go home before the fireworks as my sister worked the following day, so instead we watched the fireworks from their deck.

After the lake we came home and had elaborate grilled cheese. You could choose roast beast, havarti, cheddar, spinach, tomatoes, or goat cheese.  They were soo yummy.
