Been taking it slow with the cold that has been hitting me hard this week.

Monday:
Run 30 min.

Tuesday:
50 jump
25 squats 5 pushups
50 jump
20 squats 10 pushups
50 jump
15 squats 15 pushups
50 jump
10 squats 20 pushups
50 jump
5 squats 25 pushups

Warmup
1600m row

6 rounds for time

10 wall balls (10 lbs)
15 box jump
20 kettle bell swings (20 lbs)
