CrossFit-in-It

Had this entry all ready to go for Tuesday

Warmup
30 min. treadmill

WOD
12min AMRAP
10 kettle bells
10 wall ball
10 Burpies

But then I missed my alarm and missed working out! Which was probably a good thing, because my left side was a little sore.  I ended going on Wednesday to the gym and ran a 13:22 mile and then finished another one at 27:42.
Yet again today I missed the gym, dam that alarm!!!  Although at about 9:00ish my side that was hurting just a bit was now hurting every time I moved. So much so, I was whimpering when I did move.  I tried to stretch it out.  I tired to release some pain by running during my planning time, didn't work.  I had a few friends rub it, but then decided I needed to go to the chiropractor and massage lady.
The chiropractor worked me over.  Cracked my neck, back twice, and lower back.  He also worked my hip?!?! Crazy right?!?! Well hopefully I will be back in working order tomorrow and I never heard from Roxane, so hopefully she calls tomorrow.

Good thing to rest when you are so sore though, you don't want to be incapacitated!
