Back at the gym today after a weekish off. I did some working out over the weekend, but for sure not enough.
Warmup

WOD
15min AMARP
12 situps
9 hand release pushups
6 kettle bells (25lbs)
9 rounds
Which really means I did:
108 situps
81 pushups
54 kettle bell swings
all in 15 min.

My friend just gave me a treadmill, I am so excited and will do my exercise from home.. That way I get to spend my money on new clothes!!
