Wednesday Hodgepodge Vol. 118

1. March 20th is the first day of spring...is she a lion or a lamb in your part of the world?

She for sure has been a lamb over here. Thank goodness. I'm soo glad.

2. What's the most dreaded task on your spring clean to-do list?  Do you have a 'plan of attack'?

I really don't have a lot of spring cleaning to do.  The big one I do is changing my winter clothes out for my Spring clothes.  Folding and packing and moving the winter clothes into the boxes and then saying hello to all my Spring clothes.

3. Peas...love 'em or hate 'em?  What's a favorite dish you make using peas?

Peas are my favorite! I love them in my salad and also enjoy cream peas, although I don't have them that way a lot.

4.  Do you feel under appreciated?

In certain situations for sure.  I wish that everyone would just be appreciative of each other and then no one would have to feel under appreciated.

5. Have you been using Google Reader?  If so, what are you switching to now that GR has announced retirement?  If not, how do you read your favorite blogs?

I love my Google Reader.   I'm so sad that it's going away. I have no clue where I'm going to switch to or what I'm going to do.  Anyone have any thoughts of where to go?

6. Anne Bradstreet is credited with the following quote~

"If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant;  if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome."

Agree or Disagree?  Why?

Agree.  It is so true, but it doesn't make me like Winter any better.

7.  When did you last 'spring for something'?  What was it?

Ahh, I don't spring for things easily. I research and contemplate and research some more, but the last thing I bought was a new engine for my car! I bought my car about a year ago and then the engine went out. I was so mad, but now it's fixed and I'm good to go.

8.  Insert your own random thought here?

March Madness is about to begin! I can't wait!!!
