Saw It. Pinned It. Did It.

Saw this and was dying to try it. I kept putting it off imagining how wonderful it was going to be and that it shouldn't be left to just any day or any time.

So finally the day came for me to make it and I followed all the directing and sadly I didn't like it as much as I had hoped. I wished it had been more melt in my mouth and this was pretty hard, so maybe I cooked it too long...I don't know, but I will probably try it again.

This week I also made this again

Oh man was it yummy. The first time I made it, I loved it so much I wanted 2, so this time I made 2, but 2 was too much, so I wish I had only made 1.  I made one this time with mini chocolate chips and some butterscotch chips and then the other one had white chocolate chips.  Pure heaven.  I'm thinking about introducing it to my students at school as a birthday thing they can do in class for their day.
