Overachiever, not usually, but today, "Yes I was!" I thought, Oooh, what can I do to get in a real good workout? Then I remembered a little workout that about killed me:
And I decided to do it again, but this time when I did the lunges, I would go all the way down. I also added

was just more of pansie this time because I knew how much my body hurt
the following day, so I took my time.)
Oh dear! My knees are killing me! Going downstairs, even worse. Good thing I didn't have to teach today, but tomorrow may be even worse. Good thing, I have an easier workout planned for tomorrow.
