CrossFit-n-It

Ran on the elliptical today 14:04 and then did this WOD

21-18-15
Dumbell Thrusters (started with 15lbs weights then changed to 8lbs)
Jumping Pull ups (decided to do V-sits)

The thrusters were not too bad, but the V-sits.  Oh the V-sits! They sucked.  I tired to do them and after about 4, I couldn't do them, so I modified them so that I was sitting halfway up and then raising my legs up. They were still a bit hard, but do able. 

I want to get better at all these things I can't do, so that by this summer I can do all of them.
