Beeeep! Beeeeep! BEEEEPPP!

Oh alarm, alarm, why don't you go off? I keep missing you and now my workouts are suffering.  What? Your sound got turned down? You've been going off, I just can't hear you.  Oh, I guess that means I will be hearing you tomorrow...boo!





Mon: 20 min. run/walk
Tuesday: 5 min. run/walk, weight machines
