After a week of pure cardio (walking/running) I was back to doing some crossfit activites. Today I did squats and pushups in my classroom during my planning cause making it to the gym wasn't happening. One starting at 25 and the other at 5. Each time I did a round one side would decrease and the other increase until I was doing the opposite of each. I worked up to 75 of each. And it only took me 5:20, which is almost a minute off from the last time I did it.
