CrossFit-n-It

Last week Wednesday was my last day for CrossFit, booo! I really came to enjoy it and although my weight really didn't move and I didn't loose many inches what I gained was confidence.  Confidence in what I was doing at the gym for the past year was getting me ready to be able to do these things and that I am actually in good hape even though my body isn't super skinny.  It looks good.  I have huge definition in my legs and arms. Now I just need to work on my six pack, although the cookies from yesterday don't really help much. 
My plan is to continue to do WODs, to hit the gym, and maybe even workout over the weekends (which did happen yesterday.)  I just need to find a balance to it all.
I'm also back to morning workouts and it for sure showed when I forgot my bra the first day and the second day I didn't bring the right shoes. Oh dear.

So my last workout out at CrossFit was:

Warmup
Down and Backs
 -lunges and burpies

Strength
Push Press 5max to find max

WOD
Death by the numbers

minute 1- 2 push press
minute 2- 2 box jumps
minute 3- 4 push press
minute 4- 4 box jumps
 up to 20 minutes

I made it to minute 19- 20 push press, missing only minute 20, which was 20 box jumps, which I could have finished, but knew I would be stepping up and down rather than jumping.  It was a good way to end.
