CrossFit-n-It

Tonight was our month check in with the mile run and 50 burpies.  Here is how I did last time.  This time I finished my mile at 13:50 and did my burpies at the same time 6:50.  I'm very impressed at shaving 40 sec off my mile.


I wish I would have done better on my burpies.  But I will say that I noticed my arms have gotten stronger with my burpies and pushing myself up from them, thanks to all the pushups I've been doing. All in all I'm doing better than those people still sitting on their couches!
