Take that! When I showed up and found out it was a mile run, I felt like I was in junior high all over again and here comes the fat girl bringing up the last of the line at over 18 min... but surprisingly I pulled it off and got a lot lower than I thought.  See, Sherry a 12 minute mile could be in my sights for March!
