It's January and at a friends urging I'm starting a new little workout plan. I will be CrossFit-n-It at CrossFit Devotion. I'm excited and happy to see all that I can do. I'm going to be trying it for a month and then seeing where I'm going to go with it.
I want to keep track of my progress and what I'm doing, so I started a page for it. You can get there, by clicking on the top tab that says CrossFit-n-It. I thought about posting right here, but then I didn't want to have to make my blog all about working out, although it will be as it's January and that is what people do in January. Update: Changed my mind, so I will have short little posts every other day and then at the end of the month, I will put all of the workouts together under the tab above.

Here was my first workout with CrossFit:
Training Day
(actually my trial run was in December just before the holidays)
Warmup: 2x's 50 single jumps
10 burpies
Workout: 15min. timed (see how many times you get through the rotation)
50 single jumps
40 squats
30 situps
20 pushups
10 jumping pull ups
I was a little bit sore, but not much, so I went to the gym the following day and did my normal workout, but when it came to the twisting ab machine, I bumped the weight up 10 pounds more and then paid for it, The next week I could barely laugh, breath, or cough as I was soo sore.
