Back to the gym this week.
WOD
500m row
100 wall ball (10lbs)
75 kettle bells (15lbs)
50 toe to bar
25 burpies
For time 13:15min.
Not to exceed 30min.
So I got all the things together and got my workout on. Little did I know I didn't do it all right. When I saw "toe to bar", I thought I was supposed to tap my toes on a weight bar, something like this,
but instead of a soccer ball a weight bar. But what I was really supposed to do was this
Oh dear! I was so wrong. I should have known when my time was no where close to the 30min. even though I really wouldn't want it to be close. I know I couldn't do it the right way, so I should have done something like this (the last one that he is teaching)
to use the same muscles and get a workout.
