Saw It. Pinned It. Did It.

Saw this recipe


and thought I would try it.  Followed the recipe kind of...Didn't have lemon, so I used lemon pepper.  Didn't have elephant garlic, so I used regular.  Didn't have garlic powder, so I used garlic salt.  Didn't have parsley, so I left it out.  So needless to say it was a little salty, but on the whole I really liked it.  Plus I had never cooked in olive oil before, so it was a new experience.  I would love to try it again with all the right ingredients. I do have some leftovers, if anyone wants to try it.
