CrossFit-n-It

Already sore from yesterday I subjected my body to some more, although today is the start of my downhill slide into home.  Only 5 more classes.  I'm sad, but I'm going to give it my all so I can get the best results.

Warmup
2 rounds
250m run
10 squats
20 cowbells (swing between legs and up over head)

Strength
1 rep max strict press
75lbs

WOD
12min. AMRAP
6 Burpies
12 push press (with dumbells) I used 15lbs. but after yesterday I should have used 10lbs
24 dubs/ 75 singles (jumprope)

I got 5 rounds and 45 reps.  I had slight pants issues today. I wore yoga pants and while I was jumping rope one side would slide down. Towards the end, I could only make 5 jumps before it slid down and was off my body.

My goal for the rest of the workouts is to keep up the intensity and possibly do easy stuff on my days off.  I can't wait till my car gets back and I can go to the gym in the morning again and do this at night.
