My triathlon is just around the corner and I'm going to finally take my trianing outdoors. I know wild! and crazy! and really I should have done it along time ago, but this coming week is going to be the week!

ha! i wish I could only run 21-23 minutes.... I was out for 90 minutes on Sat?
