Triathlon Training


This week was hard and I really don't know why! I was sore all week and everything seemed to take forever. Plus it didn't seem like I was giving it my best effort, so then it took even longer. Maybe I'm getting bored with my workouts. Maybe it's time to switch it up and get outside. My triathlon is only a month and a week away. I also need to start looking at what I'm going to be wearing, what I'm going to be riding, and what cutie pair of sunglasses I will be sporting.

Monday: 23 min. run
h20 aerobics
Tuesday: 23 min. swim
46 min. bike
Wednesday: 31 min. run
h20 aerobics
Thursday: 31 min. swim
62 min. bike
Friday: 39 min. swim
77 min. bike
