Triathlon Training


This week was short, with me missing Monday cause it was Memorial Day, so I packed a lot in in a short amount of time. No h20 this week because of school commitments and someone forgetting her suit. We also decided to switch to Monday and Wednesday and see how that works, so my workouts will look a little different for the the next two weeks.

Tuesday: 23 min. swim
46 min. bike
Wednesday: 31 min. swim
62 min. bike (18 miles)
Thursday: 54 min. elliptical
Friday: 39 min. swim
77 min. bike (22 miles)

UPDATE: I was a little insane too this week as I did my normal Friday workout and then went to Relay and walked 6 miles and the zoo Saturday!
