Triathlon Training


This week I finished my fourth month of training and only have one more month of training to go. The problem is that I still have 2 months until my race. So my question is do I repeat month 4 or do I do month 5 twice? I don't know!
Here is what this week looked like:

Monday: 23 min. swim
42 min. bike
Tuesday: 21 min. treadmill
Wednesday: 23 min. swim
46 min. bike
Thursday: 42 min. elliptical
Friday: 23 min. swim
46 min. bike

Repeat month 4! It will leave you better prepared to handle the actual race!
