Traithlon Training


This week seemed easy, which either meant my working out was paying off and it really was getting easier or I was not working out as hard as I should have been. Hopefully I will be able to tell which one come my measurements or in my weight.

Monday: 23 min. swim
46 min. bike
Tuesday: 23 min. treadmill
h20 aerobics
Wednesday: 31 min. swim
62 min. bike
Thursday: 31 min. elliptical
h20 aerobics
Friday: 39 min. swim
77 min. bike
