Triathlon Training


I continue to work out and I continue to eat well, but I'm not continuing to loose weight. Boo! So frustrating...hopefully one day that will change.

Monday: 21 min. swim
42 min. bike
Tuesday: 21 min. run
h20 aerobics
Wednesday: 26 min. swim
56 min. bike
Thursday: 26 min. run
h20 aerobics
Friday: 35 min. swim
70 min. bike

In the coming weeks, my workouts are getting bigger and I'm going to have to start 2 a days, 5 days a week. I already do it twice a week, but soon it will be every day. Maybe that will make a difference...but we will see.
