Fortune Cookie

After a fantastic lunch of dim sum at Ocean City today, we got a wonderful opportunity to tour the Rose Company that makes fortune cookies for many of the restaurants in the area. They also make wonton wrappers, dry noodles, and yakisoba type noodles. This company is owned by the third generation and is run by 35 hard working people. It was a great tour and even more wonderful samples.

The wonton maker made in Boston, makes 800 an hour.

This machine from Japan, makes 8,000 an hour.

Sometimes people order special messages. This one is for McDonalds.
