Triathlon Trianing


Finally this week, I'm feeling it. It only took multiple comments and me looking in the mirror in my yoga pants to realize that I'm actually looking better. Yes!
Monday: 21 min. swim
42 min. bike
Tuesday: 21 min. swim
h20 aerobics
Wednesday: 28 min. swim
56 min. bike
Thursday: 28 min. swim
h20 aerobics
Friday: 35 min. swim
70 min. bike
and 2 hr. dancing
