Chillin at the Truck!

My favorite comfort food is saimin and grilled cheese. I've eaten many over the years and yesterday I tried a new style of grilled cheese. It was a Four Cheeses on Portland French Bakery White Bread. Tillamook Cheddar, Swiss, Mozzarella, and Colby Jack Cheese with bacon. It was super yummy and what made it even better was we got to eat it in a double decker bus. All due to The Grilled Cheese Grill
