Triathlon Training

This week was busy again. My body is finally feeling good about this working out thing and falling into a good rhythm.

Monday: 16 min. swim
28 min. bike
Tuesday: 16 min. run
h20 aerobics
Wednesday: off
Thursday: 21 min. swim
42 min. swim
h20 aerobics
Friday: 26 min. swim
53 min. bike

Thursday and today were a little hard, but not too bad. I know I missed a few runs, but I'm going to count the h20 aerobics for them. I'm also going to go on Wednesdays. So we will see what happens.
