Triathlon Training

This week went well and I've lost a few pounds, although my clothes are still a little tight. I've been finding a sore body more often than not.

Monday: bike 34 min. swim 26 min.
Tuesday: walk @ Alki 40 min.
h20 aerobics
Wednesday: off
Thursday: bike 30 min. swim 20 min.
Friday: 45 min. elliptical
Saturday: sledding/snow walking 30 min.
