Back from Cali!!!

I'm back from a 5 day trip in California with my halua to compete in Ia Oe Ka La in Pleasanton, California. We had a great time and actually got a little more sleep than in years past. We placed 2nd in kane kahiko, 2nd in palua (girls and boys) kahiko, 1st in palua auana, and Tanya took 3rd in the soloist division for Ms. Ia Oe Ka La. Not a bad showing considering all the dances were killed! They looked so amazing on stage and over the next few days you will be able to enjoy many of the photos from the event!
