I just so happened to be free, wanting to go to Ocean Shores, and I heart weddings, so it seemed perfect. Plus it meant spending time with one of my favorite people. I was so excited.

We headed down early Saturday morning, so we could do some exploring and shopping, which took about an hour. It was cloudy and windy and slightly cold, so although we drove on the beach

it wasn't too inviting to walk along. We went through all the shops and then headed into the hotel.

The room was huge and had a fire place, a small kitchen, and even 3 tvs. It was crazy. We got ready and then headed over to the ceremony.
The wedding ceremony was short because of the weather and the freezing guests, but the reception was nice and warm and full of wonderful food.

Sarah and I had guessed the menu and the only thing we had right was the salad. Instead of two meats (roast beef and salad, salad, and rolls, they had a pasta bar. It was super good and so unexpected.
The following day the weather was better and we headed out to the beach before we went home.

We had a great trip and I hope to have many more with her. Thanks Sarah for an amazing time. It for sure was the good life.
