For years, my house has had a beach/ hawaiian theme. Aaaaand I have really loved that theme for years. But slowly, over the years, I've become very tired of it and I've been wanting to do something new. So after my trip to Oregon and seeing all my friend's houses decorated in such cute ways, I was soo ready to redecorate my living room. I tired a lot of different things, but always ended up with what I had before. Until I found a new picture to put up on the wall and got a new piece of furniture.
Now I just need to decide what to put on the bookcase and find a few more things to go along with it. I want to go with a color scheme (black, sage, and white) rather than a theme, so if you know of anything or can think of anything that I could use that would be great. I think one of the other big changes I'm going to do, is cover this chair with a black cover.
It will change things up a lot and make some new covers for my pillows. Guess I'll be busting out the sewing machine.
-as I was looking through old posts, I found out that it was about a year ago I changed everything around and now I'm doing the same thing again. crazy!!!
