Busy

I swear that is the title of about one post a month! But really that is how life has been and I've been super bad about bringing my camera, so there is no pictures of the funny things that have happened or even just the normal day to day things...sad!
School is a lot of work. In the beginning of January I got a practicum student. It has been very interesting having her in the classroom. It really makes me evaluate my teaching and what I am doing with my students. She is doing a great job, just needs to work with discipline! The kids have gone a little wild...well a lot wild and I can't decide if it is just the students or her. So we are both working on it hard!
I've been in the gym 4 days a week, but I've been eating candy and sweets like a cow, so being in the gym does nothing. I'm still doing the shakes and am hoping the cutting out of sweets and candy will help me get more control of the situation! But I should maybe also look at my adult beverage intake...might be hindering me a bit too.
I'm working on doing more photography stuff and have been talking to lots of potential clients, but haven't booked anything yet...so we will see. I hope to get back into taking my camera places. I'm currently working on my taxes, so I can buy Photoshop CS something or other, so I can edit on my laptop and get into the groove again. I'm also still working on my website.
I've been doing lots of outside activities, going to movies, and trying new dance places in an attempt to continue to expand my horizons and see more of where I live. It has been lots of fun so far.
No big trips planned...I think I'll be staying domestic this year and doing a lot of stuff in state. Hopefully lots of trips to Spokane and a few south, north, and maybe even eastsouth (if that is a direction)
So that's what has been up, down, and around...how about you?

I think you are right, but you have to drive east first then south to get to Selah and Yakima and towns like that...
